Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your INJA account from inside the mobile app or ask us to help through this public deletion request process. This page is available without signing in.

Delete your account in the app

Open the INJA mobile app.
Go to Profile or Settings.
Open Account, then Delete Account.
Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

If you signed in with Apple or Google, the app may ask you to confirm with that sign-in provider before the deletion request is completed.

Request deletion without app access

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the email address connected to your INJA account with the subject line "Account deletion request". Include your INJA username if you know it.

We may ask for limited information to verify that you control the account. Do not send your password or payment details.

What is deleted or anonymized

Account deletion removes or anonymizes your personal profile data and blocks the deleted account from future use. User media in our storage is deleted when the matching live database content is removed.

Some public or community content may remain in anonymized form where needed for safety, integrity, community context, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance. Limited deletion audit, consent, security, and backup records may be retained for the periods described in our Privacy Policy.

Data export and other privacy rights

You can also request access, export, correction, restriction, objection, or other GDPR/data rights help by emailing [email protected]. The in-app export provides a portable account data bundle; verified access requests for records outside that bundle are handled through the legal mailbox.
